HUV: A T-6 Replacement for Westfalias?

Could this concept HUV (T-6), aka "Homeless Utility Vehicle", be a possible replacement for the VW Westfalia Camper at a very low cost and will it be eligible for a clunker trade-in?

Looks like it has all the necessary equipment: sleeping quarters, poptop, storage, interior lighting, protection from the elements and all around visibility for the driver. One thing that might make it a little easier on the driver would be a Turbo Diesel, Subi, Tiico or Zetec engine. Even a lawn mower engine, a squirrel in a bird cage or a bunch of rubber bands might do the job but even without an engine up-grade, look-----"ZERO MPG" and "ZERO EMISSIONS".
A true "GREEN" vehicle.

weird i dont see the flintstone hole for hobo power in those pics.
but a gas heater would really heat that space nice, plus crispy hobo is a delicacy in some countrys, its just hard to find anyone that makes it like mom used to make.
Also notice the IFA tag on the vehicle, which stands for Invitation For Assault., cus c'mon, sleeping in an alley in that thing? its almost as dangerous as camping next to Tom and Linda..HAHA JK i love you guys..Joe
