??? looking for a reliable mechanic in new england area may need to have my engine on my 84 vanagon replaced soon i live in new hampshire .  :

Gordi at 4ever4 just south of Keene, NH has a very good reputation.......Perhaps that is near you?

Feel free to keep adding to this thread of mechanics that you personally trust with doing work on your vws. It doesn't have to be limited to New England either.



Greg Malaney at Greg's Repair in Natick, MA (508-647-9749) gets all the work I can't handle or don't want to do on my own fleet of vws.

A good shop to go to in the cincinnati area is McCabe Auto Sales.  If anyone needs the number just send me a message.  It's a little shop so no web address.  sorry
