technical help needed daughter has 86 digifant in NYC

we have an 86 with a rebuilt boston engine in it my daughter drove it to NYC where she works and lives. It is experiencing either fuel injection or ignition troubles. I am willing to invest whats needed but need to find a very knowledgable shop as I have done most of the repair work on this over the years and understand the vehicle very well My problem is I am 8 hours away and don't have the time to go deal with it. Any recomendations would be great thanks
