3rd Annual gathering at Jim Thorpe. Added an extra night this year for even more fun! Same deal as last year.....We have site A-1 only for Thursday night. Friday and Saturday, we have sites A-1-5 and C 1-3. Please let me know (closer to the date) if you will be coming Thursday so we can secure more area if we need to. SORRY NO DOGS PERMITTED, RED CUPS. Beach with lifeguards, boat rentals or bring your own...electric motors only, snack bar, fishing, bathouse with flush toilets and showers just off of site A. Water spigot is on site A, but no electric. $4 per person per night (kids under 3 are free). Lots to do in nearby Jim Thorpe. Site is wooded and shady. Register with Ken/Malissa on site. Pot Luck Dinner will be held on Saturday night...bring something to share! Hope to see you there!

LiMBO sponsored event at Mauch Chunck Lake State Park,
This coming Thursday to Sunday.
We are bringing our bikes and kayaks...there is fleamarketing, junkyarding, hulahooping, and obviously biking, kayaking, and potluck on Saturday.
See you there!

Not sure who to thank, but LOTS OF THANKS to LIMBO and Jon Kleckner for arranging the donation towards our pavillion rental Friday at Mauch Chunk! Due to timing, we were unable to secure the rental for Saturday, but I have already reserved for next year on Saturday, so we should be good going forward! It was a great event and hope to see more folks next year. I will try to post some pics in the coming days.

I'm hoping to make this one but will have to wait until I get SCOOBY back and see how she's running! I may be a tad late registering but hope to be there! I'm new at this so do I register with the Campground or with the organization?
OOPS are there really no dogs allowed. I'm her seeing eye person and she's only 11 lbs. If no dogs then I can't go as no place to leave her. Could someone let me know? thanks

Daizee..if you plan to be in PA the same weekend as Jim Thorpe you can attend the Knoebels campout (which we met you at last year)- it is always held on labor day weekend, but this year, due to hosts expecting a baby, it will be held twice...once by the usual hosts Ben and Lynn in July. check out:
http://http://bensbus.zxq.net/knk.htm
and again labor day weekend hosted by Joe and Angela Gallagher.

Thanks for the info. Will most likely be down in the NE States around end of August, early September.
